If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.2. Description of ServiceReach Out is a mobile application designed to help users maintain and strengthen personal relationships by:-Providing intelligent contact suggestions based on interaction history

-Scheduling notifications to encourage regular communication3. EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years old to use Reach Out. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.4. User Accounts and Responsibilities4.1 Account Security-You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored locally
-You must not share your device access with unauthorized users
-You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use4.2 Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Reach Out to:-Send spam, harassment, or unwanted communications
-Violate any local, state, national, or international laws
-Infringe upon the rights of others
-Transmit malicious code or harmful content
-Use the App for commercial solicitation without consent5. Privacy and Data Protection5.1 Local Data Storage-All contact data and personal information is stored locally on your device
-We do not collect, store, or transmit your contacts or personal messages to our servers

-You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings
-Contact data is used only for the App's core functionality6. Intellectual Property Rights6.1 Our Rights-Reach Out and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by us
-The App's design, code, and algorithms are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
-You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes6.2 Your Rights-You retain all rights to your personal data and contacts
-Any notes or categories you create remain your property
-You grant us no rights to your personal content7. App Store Terms7.1 Third-Party Platform Terms-Your use of Reach Out is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service
-Any purchases or transactions go through Apple's payment systems
-We are not responsible for Apple's policies or actions7.2 Updates and Modifications-We may update the App to improve functionality or fix issues
-Updates may be automatic depending on your device settings
-Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes8. Disclaimers and Limitations8.1 Service Availability-The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
-We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
-The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues8.2 Relationship Outcomes-Reach Out is a tool to facilitate communication - we make no guarantees about relationship outcomes
-You are solely responsible for your communications and relationships
We are not liable for any personal or professional consequences of using the App8.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:-We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
-Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)
-We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or user error9. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:-Your use of the App

-Any content you create or share through the App10. Termination10.1 Termination by You-You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device
Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data10.2 Termination by Us-We may discontinue the App with reasonable notice

-Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately11. Changes to Terms11.1 Modifications-We may update these Terms from time to time
-Significant changes will be communicated through the App or our website
